On the DJ Simz YouTube channel, Vishal Punjabi discussed how brides often choose "sad songs" for their weddings. He shared an example from Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani’s wedding, where they wanted a song about longing and loss.

Although the song’s theme was about a soldier's death and the pain of separation, it was chosen because it was popular and meaningful for the couple.

Vishal also mentioned that Kiara and Sidharth wanted a wedding film trailer prepared right away. He explained that his team, equipped with a colorist and editing setup at the hotel, worked through the night to edit the footage, followed by color correction and sound mixing in Dolby Atmos. He noted that the multi-day nature of Indian weddings provides additional time for his team to begin their work.
