Diddy whisked out of jail cell at night, taken to hospital for MRI. What was the emergency?

Diddy was rushed to a hospital Thursday night for an MRI.

Embattled pop mogul Sean Diddy Coms was reportedly rushed to the hospital Thursday night for a doctor visit, the New York Post reported citing sources who confirmed that it was for an MRI. Diddy was taken from the Metropolitan Detention Center to Brooklyn Hospital for a non-invasive test after his "knee was bothering him".
The hospital visit was done at 10 pm when the inmates are supposed to be asleep to avoid whispers and speculations from other inmates. Combs did not stay at the hospital overnight and returned to the jail after the MRI concluded.
“For privacy, safety, and security reasons we do not comment on the conditions of confinement for anyone in our custody to include medical status or medical trips," a Bureau of Prisons spokesperson told the Posy.
Diddy has been in jail since September when he was arrested on the charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transport for engagement in prostitution. Diddy denied all the allegations and all his bail pleas have been rejected so far. His trial will begin on May 5.

Combs has had a long history of knee issues in the past which started after he ran the New York marathon. Insiders claimed that it was not a sudden visit but a planned one but was scheduled at night to avoid any suspicion over his injuries as speculations already started whether he got injured in any gang war in jail.
Diddy has been having a tough time in jail and even had a meltdown in prison around Christmas as apparently, he could not believe that he was behind bars during the festival. According to reports, he panicked and begged prison guards for hospital observation ahead of Christmas. He begged prison guards to take him to the hospital but his plea was denied. "Spending the holidays behind bars was a nightmare for him. He eventually managed to calm himself down with the meditation technique he's been using while he's been behind bars. It took him a few hours of deep breathing and focusing to get out of the bad space he was it but he finally managed it," an insider told Daily Mail.
