This charming property is where the Duchess of Sussex resided when she first started dating Prince Harry in 2016.
Meghan rented the home for at least two years from stylist Elizabeth Cabral, as reported by the Daily Express. The townhouse also served as a retreat for Prince Harry during his visits to Toronto from the UK, which he described in his 2023 memoir Spare.
Meghan eventually left her Toronto home in 2017 when she relocated to London to live with Prince Harry. The couple married in 2018 and later stepped back from their roles as senior members of the royal family in 2020, moving to California.
The Seaton Village home, which previously sold for $1.6 million in 2018, has been recently renovated and features “elegant” high-end finishes. During her time there, Meghan added personal touches, including a kennel and puppy play area in the garden, where she hosted summer barbecues for friends. The property’s listing highlights a “Tiffany” blue front door, two “spa-inspired” bathrooms, a double garage equipped with a Tesla charger, and an eat-in chef’s kitchen.
