Chennai metro rail

held a second customer interaction meet with those associated with property and business development activities at various

metro

stations and allied areas.
Prasanna Kumar Acharya, director (finance) presided over the meeting in the presence of RM Krishnan, chief general manager (P&BD), CMRL and other senior officials from CMRL site to understand various challenges and the possible way out.

A release said licensees gave suggestions on various improvements for enhancement of better commercial utilisation of the available infrastructure across metro stations.
“It was an overwhelming response. The licensees have discussed their desires/issues for services. It was jointly agreed to work together for optimum value addition,” the release said.
