on Saturday, with temperatures predicted to soar up to 45 degrees Celsius. This forecast follows a period of unusually high temperatures, as yesterday's maximum
temperature
reached 44 degree Celsius, which is 5.0 degree Celsius above the normal range for this time of year.
The minimum temperature recorded today was 28.4 degree Celsius, which is 2.0 degree Celsius higher than the usual minimum temperature.
The weather is expected to remain mostly clear throughout the day, and
humidity levels
are predicted to stay relatively low at 32 per cent.
