Kumari Selja
said on Sunday that the incumbent BJP
government
has not only failed in the state but has miserably failed to reciprocate to the contribution of people of
Jind
in the past ten years.
The former union minister, who also holds the charge of Uttrakhand
Congress
said that Jind district is a revolutionary district, but it has not received what it deserved.
Jind district has been subjected to discrimination. In the last ten years under the BJP government, Jind has seen more neglect than ever before.
Accompanied by Rajya Sabha MP Randeep Surjewala , Mahila Congress president Sudha Bhardwaj and other senior Congress leaders, she was addressing a rally in Jind . Selja said that the BJP will have to account for its ten years in power.
The BJP is making promises about MSP, but they should clarify what law they have made for MSP. She said that the BJP government has mistreated various sections of society, including Dalits, employees, backward classes, farmers, women, and traders. This is why all sections are angry with the BJP, and the public will take revenge on October 1 with the power of their votes.
i Selja said that due to the BJP's anti-people mindset, there is an outcry among all 36 communities today. She said that scholarships have been stopped so that children cannot study, and there are scams in jobs. Youths are forced to go abroad for employment. She said that anyone who raises their voice for their rights is beaten with sticks. She urged the people that the time has come to get rid of such a government.
The Rajya Sabha MP Randeep Singh Surjewala said that he was confident that Rahul Gandhi and Kharge will soon begin the battle for change in power in Haryana, starting from Jind. He said that Jind has faced discrimination in
development
under the BJP government. There has been no work done in the name of development. Crime has increased to such an extent that people are living in an atmosphere of fear. Government job exams are being sold, which is why the youth do not see a bright future and are moving abroad.
