ALWAR: Police registered a case against 3 constables over the charge of raping an 18-year-old girl for nearly 2 years in Rajasthan's

Alwar

district.
Police on Saturday registered a case under Sections 376-D (gang-rape) of the

IPC

and the

Protection of Children from Sexual Offences

(

Pocso

) Act at the Raini police station based on a complaint of the survivor's mother.


Business tycoon Sajjan Jindal denies rape allegations, calls them 'false and baseless'

Tejpal Singh, additional SP of Alwar, said, "The survivor appeared before the police, following which a case of gang-rape has been registered against 3 police personnel."
