Suriya, after wrapping up a schedule of 'Kanguva', returned to Chennai. He paid a visit to late actor-politician Vijayakanth's grave and also attended the Kalaignar 100 event in the city. Recently, he was seen at the Chennai airport as he took a flight to Mumbai. A video now shows Suriya patiently posing for photos with his fans and the on-ground staff members at the Chennai airport. He also asked a fan to remove his facemask while taking a selfie with him.

SURIYA PATIENTLY TAKES PICS WITH FANS AT CHENNAI AIRPORT

Suriya is presently shooting for his upcoming film, 'Kanguva', directed by Siruthai Siva. The film is gearing up for a grand release in theatres in the summer of 2024.

On January 8, a video of actor Suriya from the Chennai airport went viral. In the video, we can see fans and airport staff requesting him for a picture as he is making his way to board the plane. He patiently posed for photos and also asked a fan to remove his facemask while taking a selfie with them.

ON THE WORK FRONT FOR SURIYA

Suriya was last seen playing cameo roles in Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram' and Madhavan's 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect' in 2022. He did not have a release in 2023. The actor has been busy shooting for 'Kanguva', which will release in 10 languages on a grand scale.
