UPSC results: 14,625 candidates clear preliminary exam 2024

NEW DELHI: As many as 14,625

candidates

have cleared the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2024, the results for which were announced by the Union Public Service Commission (

UPSC

) on Monday.
The Civil Services (Prelims) Exam was held on June 16.
The successful candidates will now have to apply again in the detailed application form for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2024.

The dates for the

Mains exam

will be announced in due course on the UPSC website.
Only after these candidates clear the Mains exam that they can appear for an interview, which is the final stage of the exam for selection to elite services like the IAS, IPS, IFS etc.

UPSC in a release said it has a facilitation counter near the examination hall building on its premises at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road here.
“Candidates may obtain any information/clarification regarding their result of the above mentioned examination on all working days between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM, in person or on Tel. No. 011-23385271, 011-23098543 or 011-23381125 from the facilitation counter,” it stated.
