ULB minister

Sudha held the first grievance redressal committee in Ambala, meeting after becoming minister. During the meeting, he heard a total of 15 complaints and resolved most of them on the spot. Some complaints were kept for the next meeting for resolution.
About the action taken against MC engineers, minister Subhash Sudha said, “The officials should work in the field instead of sitting in the AC, so that the public can get facilities. I received complaints from many councillors about how the officials were not cooperating and ignoring them. If an official does such behaviour with an elected representative of the public, then how the public would be treated. Therefore, I suspended two engineers.”
The first complaint was related to city MC, in which instructions were given to call a meeting of the two parties and settle the dispute. The second complaint was related to the panchayat department, in which there was a case of illegal occupation. He gave instructions to demolish this illegal occupation at the earliest.

The third complaint was about building a dharamshala in Rampur village, in which the decision of the panchayat was upheld. The fourth complaint was related to Dashmesh Colony of waterlogging and the minister instructed the MC to drain out the water immediately. The fifth complaint was related to illegal occupation in Durga Nagar, in which the MC was instructed to remove the same immediately. The seventh complaint was related to the police, on which instructions were given to file it due to action being taken. The next complaint was about the problem of waterlogging in Sector 9. On this, he instructed to form a committee with 2 members of RWA, grievance redressal committee and MC officials and instructed the MC and Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran officials to solve the problem here. He kept this complaint pending for the next meeting. He also gave instructions to give the water and sewerage line from HSVP to public health.

There were other such complaints which were redressed or kept pending for action.
Gurdeep of Talheri Rangran village accused the former Sarpanch of usurping the grant of Valmiki Chaupal. On this, minister Subhash Sudha ordered an FIR against the accused Sarpanch. During the meeting, Nirmala Devi of Ratanheri village complained about a plot being sold twice in village Anandpur. On this, the minister Sudha immediately ordered to register FIR and take action against the accused and get the plot or its money to the victim.
