NEW YORK (PIX11) - Plans are in the works to transform waterfronts into hubs to stimulate New York City’s economy.
The CEO of the city’s Economic Development Corporation, Andrew Kimball, joins PIX11 to discuss the development of a hub in Kips Bay, when the city could break ground, and the project’s partnership with public schools.
