Sheamus sends a message to Pete Dunne

Sheamus and Pete Dunne’s brutal brawl in a Good Ol’ Fashioned Donnybrook Match on the October 7 episode of Monday Night Raw has left a few scars on the back of The Celtic Warrior.

The superstar took to his X handle to share an image of his back sharing a glimpse of the fatal consequences of the match but alongside the photograph, Sheamus delivered a message for Dunne.
“BUTCH IS DEAD. LONG LIVE PETE DUNNE,” Sheamus shared on X adding two hashtags, “#Respect and #Banger” followed by an explosion emoticon. Certainly, Dunne has earned the respect of the veteran superstar after the match where Sheamus came out victorious.

The match started with Sheamus unleashing a series of attacks on Pete Dunne, but Dunne quickly countered with several kicks to Sheamus' legs. Both the superstars moved outside the ring, where Dunne executed a tornado DDT off the whiskey barrels. Later, Sheamus caught Dunne mid-air, slamming him onto the commentary table.
Sheamus landed a powerful Irish Curse Backbreaker. Dunne fought back with a shillelagh shot which led to a superplex that nearly earned him a three-count. The two wrestlers climbed whiskey barrels and Sheamus delivered his signature 10 Beats of the Bodhrán before launching Dunne through two tables with a devastating White Noise.

As both the superstars were exhausted, Sheamus attempted to seize the opportunity. Despite being handcuffed, he delivered a pump knee and followed it up with a Brogue Kick. Then he fell on top of Dunne for the pin, and Sheamus claimed the victory. Still, Dunne delivered one of the best performances of his career.
