Tell the MTA what you think of service in their fall survey

NEW YORK (PIX11) – The MTA's fall survey launched on Tuesday for riders who take the subway, bus, LIRR, Metro-North and Access-A-Ride Paratransit.

It should only take you about 10 to 15 minutes to fill it out, the agency said. The MTA will use the survey to identify issues that customers are talking about in an effort to improve transit for New Yorkers.

The MTA's spring survey found that reliable service, wait times and clean stations were at the top of customers' minds when it came to overall satisfaction with the subway system.

You can take the survey online through Oct. 31 by clicking here. It's available in nine languages and you can also take it by phone by calling 844-465-7471.
