NEW YORK (PIX11) – Snow has begun accumulating in New York City and around the tri-state area on Monday.

Here are snow totals in parts of New York City, Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut as of 1 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

  • Central Park, Manhattan: 0.5 inch
  • John F. Kennedy International Airport, Queens: 0.3 inch
  • LaGuardia Airport, Queens: 0.2 inch
  • Islip, New York: 0.1 inch
  • Newark, New Jersey: 0.6 inch
  • Bridgeport, Connecticut: 0.3 inch
