MIDWOOD, Brooklyn (PIX11) -- The B, D, N and Q trains in both directions are delayed as crews work to remove a tree that fell on the tracks in Midwood on Monday afternoon, according to officials.
The tree fell onto the tracks near Avenue M in Brooklyn. Officials said the southbound B and Q trains will run on the D and N lines from DeKalb Avenue to Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue.
In a post, officials said some southbound Q trains' final stop is 14th Street. Commuters who need to stop at a bypassed station should take a northbound train, according to officials. Commuters should take an N or R train for service between Manhattan and Brooklyn.
