See it: New York's first snow of the year

NEW YORK (PIX11) – It may only be October, but snow has fallen somewhere in New York.

Snow blanketed sections of the Adirondacks region, known as North Country, over the weekend.

A wintry mix left behind two inches of slushy snow, meteorologists said.

There is no snow in the forecast for New York City this week, according to PIX11 meteorologist Byron Miranda.
