WWE Hall Of Famer and wrestling legend Ric Flair reacted to India captain Rohit Sharma using his iconic strut while collecting the T20 World Cup trophy on Saturday, June 29, after winning the final. Rohit masterminded India's trophy win as they went unbeaten throughout the tournament and became the first-ever team to do so in a T20 World Cup edition. During the trophy presentation ceremony, Rohit had a unique way to celebrate.
The India captain used the strut of Flair, which the wrestling legend had made famous during his illustrious career inside the ring. Rohit made his way to collect the trophy and fans were quick to point out that it was Flair strut and even the ICC acknowledged the same by posting a video of the India captain's walk with the wrestling legend's theme song in the background.
Flair has now responded to this and the wrestling legend said that the India captain had taken a page out of his playbook.

Rohit Sharma steps away from T20Is after win
After the T20 World Cup win, Rohit announced that he would be stepping away from T20Is. The India skipper felt that it was the best time for him to leave the format and he wanted to sign off wiht the World Cup win.
"That was my last game as well. Honestly, I have enjoyed it since the time I started playing this format. There is no better time to say goodbye to this format. I have loved every moment of it. I started my India career playing this format. This is what I wanted to do. win the Cup and say (goodbye,)" said Rohit.
Rohit, however, will be continuing to be a part of the ODI and Test setups for India. Along with Rohit, Virat Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja also stepped away from T20Is for the Indian team.
