Pet-friendly affordable housing lottery with pickleball court opens in Queens

JAMAICA, Queens (PIX11) – A new pet-friendly affordable housing lottery with amenities like a pickleball court has opened up in Queens, according to a listing on NYC Housing Connect.

The Monarch, located at 92-29 Guy R. Brewer Blvd. in Jamaica, also has a dog park, parking, electric car charging stations, a yoga and dance studio, a community center, washers and dryers in unit, dishwashers, air-conditioning and more.

Tenants won't have to pay for gas for cooking and hot water but are responsible for electricity. The minimum income required for the complex is $58,046, while the maximum is $218,010.

The lowest rent is $1,596 for a one-bedroom.
