BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) – A pet-friendly affordable housing lottery (with large dogs allowed) has opened up along the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn, according to a listing on NYC Housing Connect.
Amenities include in-unit washers, dryers and dishwashers, air conditioning, garages and covered parking, a dog park, a gym, a yoga and dance studio, a patio or balcony and more. A deposit is required if you do own a pet.
The cheapest rent in the complex is a studio for $784 a month. Tenants are responsible for electric.
The complex is near the F, G, D, N, R and Q trains.
Eligible applicants must make between $31,200 to $192,600 a year and 90 units are available through the lottery.
