NEW DELHI: India received a significant boost as star wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant attended Team India’s practice session at the ICC Academy in Dubai ahead of their final group-stage match of the
Champions Trophy 2025
against New Zealand.
Pant had missed India’s training session before the Pakistan clash due to a viral fever. However, he has now been deemed fit and was seen traveling to the ground with the rest of the squad for their practice camp.

Team India has been in dominant form in the tournament, registering consecutive six-wicket victories over Bangladesh and arch-rivals Pakistan.

Having already secured a semifinal berth, India will face New Zealand in their final group-stage fixture on Sunday.
India currently sit second in the Group A standings with four points.
