raised concerns about Pakistan's strategy in the Champions Trophy after Pakistan's six-wicket defeat to India in the Champions Trophy on Sunday.
He questioned the decision to start their campaign against New Zealand instead of Bangladesh, considering Bangladesh as a relatively easier opponent compared to New Zealand.
Raja believed that playing Bangladesh first would have put equal pressure on both teams in Group A, rather than allowing New Zealand to gain an early advantage. Pakistan's defeat to New Zealand added unnecessary pressure on the team, which was further compounded by their loss to India.

"I wonder why Pakistan played their first match against New Zealand. They should have played their first match against Bangladesh. Even though Bangladesh is a strong side, it was still comparatively an easy match for them," Ramiz said on his YouTube channel.
In the high-stakes clash against India, Virat Kohli's exceptional performance played a pivotal role in jeopardizing Pakistan's title defence. Kohli's unbeaten century, coupled with his calm and attacking approach, guided India to a six-wicket victory, leaving Pakistan in a precarious position.
Ramiz praised Kohli's knock, describing it as a complete package, adding, "Virat's knock had everything. There was calmness and attack. He maintained the pace well. Overall, Virat Kohli was a complete package. He keeps on challenging himself. He played confidently against every bowler and didn't allow anyone to settle."
