THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) -- An off-duty New York City Housing Authority employee was arrested on Tuesday in the Bronx, according to the NYPD.
Brandon Suarez, 30, was taken into custody at around 8:38 p.m.
Suarez was arrested on resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, and criminal possession of a controlled substance charges, police said.
Suarez reportedly tried to intervene when NYPD officers were handling another matter, according to police sources.
