NYPD traffic agent arrested for assault after domestic incident, police say

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- An NYPD traffic agent was charged and arrested on Thursday afternoon, according to the police.

Police say Jasmine Joseph, 33, was involved in a domestic fight.

Officers from the 69th precinct charged Joseph with second-degree assault.

"The intent to cause serious physical injury to someone and actually cause serious physical to that person or another person,' is defined as assault in the second degree according to the New York State Senate.
