NYPD chief talks CCRB probe, UNGA traffic

NEW YORK (PIX11) -  Tarik Sheppard, the NYPD deputy commissioner of public information, joins PIX11 to discuss the Civilian Complaint Review Board’s investigations of abuse allegations relating to the department’s stop-and-frisk policy.

Sheppard also discusses street closures related to the U.N. General Assembly and the release of body cam footage from the Brooklyn subway shooting.
