“Through Housing Connect, you can find and apply for affordable rental and homeownership opportunities," the affordable housing site states. "To qualify, your household must meet the household income and size requirements for a unit in the affordable development.”
Manhattan

More than 50 apartments are available, with monthly rents ranging from $767.29 to $956.03. The building’s amenities include a 24-hour lobby attendant and a lounge area.
Queens
- Beach Green Dunes III
There are 36 apartments available, with monthly rents ranging from $544 to $981. The building features amenities like a shared laundry room and an elevator.
Brooklyn
- 655 Union Street Apartments
The building's amenities include a yoga studio, a pool, and in-unit washers and dryers. According to the listing, there are 16 apartments, and the monthly rent is $888.
- 420 Carroll Street Apartments
There are 33 units available, ranging from $784 to $967 based on annual income and household size. The building amenities include a dog park and Nike storage lockers.
- Weeksvill Place
There are 20 apartments available, ranging from $454 to $827 based on annual income and household size. This building listing includes a playground, community center, and outdoor areas.
- Bethany Senior Terraces
There are 39 apartments available at this current unit, and seniors are the preferred applicants. According to the affordable housing listing, the rents on these units are $0.
