As the
Delhi Capitals squad
lands in Dubai for the IPL 2024 auction, Pant expresses his anticipation for the unique event, marking his first active participation in such proceedings.
"It is something new and exciting.
I haven't been a part of the auction process before. I am looking forward to it," Pant shared in a video posted by Delhi Capitals, showcasing his eagerness for the upcoming auction.
Pant, a seasoned player in the Indian Premier League, made his debut in 2016 and has since amassed 2838 runs in 98 matches with an impressive strike rate of 147.97.
However, his absence from competitive cricket due to the unfortunate car accident kept him out of the last edition of IPL, the World Test Championship (WTC) final, and the ODI World Cup 2023.
