THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) -- A unique fashion show hosted by nonprofit Neighborhood SHOPP featuring designers and models over the age of 60 was held at Maestro's.

Designers were able to showcase a year-long fashion art project, while models who made their own outfits were able to show off on the runway.

The assignment was to create fashion lines that capture talent and cultures in designs. There were sequins, handmade purses, colorful patterns, and trendy outfits on display. Many of the creations were done by hand.

Aside from the annual fashion show, Neighborhood SHOPP offers programs year-round but still needs support. Donations can be made online.
