NEW YORK (PIX11) --- The MTA is adding extra train service during the World Series games between the Yankees and Dodgers next week in the Bronx, according to the agency.

The first two games of the Fall Classic will be in Los Angeles before the series moves to Yankee Stadium for Games 3 and 4 on Monday and Tuesday. If necessary, Game 5 will also be in the Bronx.

During the games, the northbound D express trains will be making game day stops at 161 St-Yankee Stadium. After each game, there will be extra service on the No. 4 and D lines, according to the MTA.

Metro-North will operate extra services to Yankee Stadium on the Harlem, Hudson, and New Haven lines.

The Bx1, Bx2, Bx6, Bx13, and BxM4 buses stop near Yankee Stadium.

The Word Series games begin just after 8 p.m. and will be aired on FOX.
