BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, Brooklyn (PIX11) -- Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run that happened in Brooklyn early Thursday morning.
The incident happened around 3:09 a.m. at the intersection of Bedford and Lafayette Avenue, police say.
A vehicle struck a male pedestrian and drove away, according to the NYPD. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
