MORRISANIA, the Bronx (PIX11) --- A man was stabbed to death in front of his NYCHA complex in the Bronx on Thursday night, police said.
Authorities found Nelquan Lilly, 29, with several stab wounds outside the Morris Houses at 1420 Washington Ave. in Morrisania at around 9:45 p.m., accoridng to the NYPD. Lilly was rushed to the hospital but could not be saved. The victim lived at the NYCHA building.
Police are searching for a man who was seen running from the scene, according to law enforcement sources. The suspect is about 30 years old and was wearing a green shirt, sources said.
The weapon was not recovered at the scene, according to sources.
There have been no arrests.
