Long Island gets its first Insomnia Cookies

LONG ISLAND, N.Y. (PIX11) – There’s a new Insomnia Cookies in town, specifically, on Long Island.

The popular chain store opened in Uniondale, making it the first location to open on Long Island. The late-night bakery is located at 730 Fulton Ave. and stays open until 3 a.m. from Thursday through Saturday.

Insomnia Cookies serves a variety of baked goods and desserts including warm cookies, decadent brownies, and ice cream. The company has over 250 locations nationwide plus new locations in Canada and the U.K.
