NEW YORK (PIX11) --- The New York City housing lotteries offer great deals, including units going for monthly rent under $1,000.

The apartments are available in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Bronx. Some of the buildings offer two and three-bedroom options for less than $1,000, depending on annual income.
