LGBT Network president reacts to LI transgender sports ban

LONG ISLAND, N.Y. (PIX11) – Long Island now finds itself at the center of a national debate over transgender rights.

Gov. Kathy Hochul, Attorney General Letitia James and the New York Civil Liberties Union all vowed to take legal action against the executive order signed by Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman banning transgender women from competing in county sports facilities.

Dr. David Kilmnick, the president of the LGBT Network, talks about the issue on PIX11 Morning News.
