K-Pop girl group ITZY to set the stage on fire at Newark's Prudential Center

NEWARK, N.J. (PIX11) – K-Pop girl group ITZY will be returning to the tri-state area this summer during their upcoming tour "BORN TO BE."

They will be performing at the Prudential Center in Newark on June 23. The group's 27-city tour will be kicking off in late February in South Korea, according to organizers.

The group released their latest album, "BORN TO BE," with the title track "UNTOUCHABLE" on Jan. 8. The 10-track LP reached No. 1 on iTunes charts in 23 countries, including the U.S.

ITZY debuted back in 2019 with the single "DALLA DALLA." They went on their first world tour in 2022.

Member Lia is not expected to join the tour due to health reasons, the group's management announced last year.
