Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11's Urvashi Dholakia undergoes removal of a tumour surgery; advised bed rest for 20 days

, shared a post on his social media account during the day informing fans about Urvashi's surgery. The actress' health started getting affected and hence the Kasautii Zindagii Kay actress had to be admitted to hospital. She is currently getting treated at Nanavati Hospital in Juhu.

Urvashi's son shared a small video on his Instagram story informing fans about her mother's health. The video showed Urvashi sitting on the hospital bed.
Urvashi Dholakia in a statement shared, "I had to undergo surgery as a tumour (cyst) was diagnosed in the neck in early December 2023. My surgery is successful and now I have been advised to rest for 15 to 20 days."
Urvashi has been working non-stop in the past few months. From her participation in

to her special role in Pushpa: Impossible, the actress has been entertaining fans with her work. During her participation in Jhalak the actress had injured her foot and performed with the fractured foot for two weeks. She would tape her fingers and perform on the Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa stage.

The Kasautii Zindagii Kay fame actress never misses a chance to impress her fans. She is always looking for opportunities to do something different. She was last seen as Lawyer Devi Singh Shekhawat in Pushpa Impossible, and this was her first positive character, 20 years after Komolika. In Jhalak, she wants to prove that she can do a lot more things and that as an actress she has a lot of potential to do different kinds of roles.

In an exclusive interview earlier with ETimes TV, Urvashi spoke about her Jhalak journey, she said, “My journey with Jhalak may have been short but it was beautiful. I have made beautiful memories over the weeks, I got to know some amazing people, I made amazing friends with Anjali Anand, Rajiv Thakur, Sangeeta Phogat, Adrija, such a cute child. I finally met Shiv this time and he’s a wonderful guy. Sreerama is again reserved but at the same time very humble and sweet. Vivek Dahiya is a very helpful, very nice person. Karuna, I have been working with so whatever I say about Karuna will not be enough. I connected well with all these people and bonded with them and their choreographers; that’s the best part. So, I got a whole lot of friends on the way. Hopefully, they think and feel the same about me."
