NEW YORK (PIX11) – The Internal Revenue Service is looking to fill hundreds of job vacancies in New York City.

There are more than 200 revenue agent positions available within the IRS, officials said. The federal agency is holding a job fair at the New York Hilton Midtown on Thursday, Oct. 10 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

It will be open to the public but there is limited availability for walk-ins. There was a sign-up sheet on Eventbrite for those looking to schedule an in-person interview, but the event appeared to be sold out as of Thursday.

Despite that, the IRS encourages jobseekers to check Eventbrite in case additional interview slots open up.

If you're planning to attend the hiring event, you will need your resume, two forms of identification (like a driver's license or passport), your CPA certificate or college transcripts, proof of at least 24 accounting credits and an account with USAJOBS.

The annual salary for a revenue agent is based on experience and could range from $46,494 to $121,485.
