Hello, Eaters! You may have seen my recent story about Star of India reopening in a new space at 1000 S. Main St., Suite 102 in Salt Lake City’s Ballpark neighborhood. Here is the short version of what happened: Last summer, a break-in at Star of India’s old location on North Temple forced the Indian restaurant to shut down, and in late March, they were able to open their doors again.
