Actor Hina Khan is battling stage 3 breast cancer. She has started treatment and is 'fully committed' to overcoming the disease. Since her diagnosis, she has also been posting motivational and inspirational messages on social media. On Wednesday, July 10, she shared a screenshot of a spiritual quote and prayed to God to "take away her pain."
The quote that Hina shared on Instagram read, "Nobody can take away your pain but Allah." Along with it, the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star wrote, "Please Allah, please."
The actor has regularly been sharing social media posts related to her journey of recovery. Earlier, she posted a video showing her getting a haircut before her chemotherapy session, accompanied by a note expressing her positive outlook on life as she battles the disease.
On Saturday, July 6, Hina also shared a series of pictures displaying her chemotherapy scars. Alongside the photos, she wrote, "What do you see in this picture? The scars on my body or the hope in my eyes? The scars are mine; I embrace them with love because they’re the first sign of the progress I deserve. The hope in my eyes reflects my soul; I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am manifesting my healing. And I am praying for yours too (sic)."
The 36-year-old actor revealed her cancer diagnosis on June 28 via an Instagram post. She wrote that she's doing everything she can to overcome this disease.
Her note read, "Hello Everyone, To address the recent rumor, I want to share some important news with all the Hinaholics and everyone who loves and cares for me. I have been diagnosed with Stage Three Breast Cancer. Despite this challenging diagnosis, I want to reassure everyone that I am doing well. I am strong, determined, and fully committed to overcoming this disease. My treatment has already begun, and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger (sic)."
Hina Khan rose to fame by portraying the role of Akshara in the hit TV show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'. She has also participated in TV shows such as 'Bigg Boss' and 'Khatron Ke Khiladi'.
