'Dune 2' promo: Florence Pugh is the fierce Princess Irulan in latest video

A new teaser of the upcoming big-ticket Hollywood release, 'Dune: Part Two,' is out. In the sneak-peek shared by makers, Florence Pugh is seen as the steely and determined Princess Irulan.

The latest promo of Dune Part Two teases a brand new avatar of the versatile Florence Pugh, who will be seen playing Princess Irulan in it.

The video sees Florence's character readying for an impending fight. She also hints about Timothee's Paul being a messiah, and how when prophets 'die', they tend to become 'stronger'.

Florence Pugh looks steely and determined as Chalamet's partner in the shared glimpse. In a behind-the-scenes footage, Timothee, who happens to be good friends with Florence, is heard praising the actor. "Florence Pugh is amazing in this movie. She brought steeliness, a fierceness,” Chalamet says.

The video also features new footage from the film, where we see Pugh aka Irulan discussing with her father what path to take ahead after getting to know that Paul is fighting on the side of Fremens. The father in question is played by the veteran actor, Christopher Walken.

ABOUT THE DUNE FILMS

The first part of Dune was both critically and commercially successful. It starred the likes of Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya and Josh Brolin among others in pivotal roles.

The core cast of Dune returns for Part Two, including Zendaya and Timothee Chalamet. The film releases in India on March 15 in cinemas.
