BENGALURU: Following public uproar, the state government may ask CID to probe the case of the stripping and assaulting of a woman in

Belagavi

district recently. Chief minister Siddaramaiah on Sunday said the government is ready to hold an inquiry by any agency.
"Our state police are able to probe the case by collecting all evidence. The miscreants responsible for the crime should be punished," he said in
