You’ll find it near the Barbershop and Laundromat, close to the Warehouse. The store is open from 6 AM to 6 PM, so make sure to visit during business hours.
Inside the shop, Fiona runs the place and helps you browse different outfits. Some items come in multiple colors, so you can mix and match. But remember—you can only pay with your in-game bank card, not cash from illegal deals.
