on July 1. The filming took place late last month on an uninhabited island, and fans can expect Jin's episode to air in the near future.

‘Relax and Rest’ is a unique reality program, a spin-off from ‘If You Fight, It's Over’, hosted by 'Village Chief' Ahn Jung-hwan. The concept revolves around Ahn renovating an abandoned house on a deserted island, offering viewers a taste of a '0.5-star island check-in'. Despite the challenges posed by the island's primitive conditions - lacking basic amenities like water and electricity - Ahn and his guest workers strive to deliver top-notch service akin to a 5-star experience.
For Jin, this variety show marks a return to entertainment after his hiatus for military service. Jin has previously showcased his talents on popular programs such as ‘The Running Man’, ‘My Little Old Boy’, and ‘Please Take Care of My Refrigerator’. His participation in ‘Relax and Rest’ has sparked immense excitement among fans eager to see how he tackles the challenges of outdoor living and engages with the unique format of the show.
Since his discharge, Jin has hinted at a busy schedule ahead, including recording, filming variety shows, and pursuing projects planned during his military service. Addressing fans on Weverse, he shared his excitement for the upcoming activities, sharing, "I am recording, filming variety shows, and progressing with the plans I made in the military. I aim to make frequent appearances while also focusing on my main profession. Please wait a little longer for the results, which will be released in a few months", as quoted by AllKpop.
