has ventured into cricket administration as the Bollywood super star revealed himself as the 'Team Owner' of the Srinagar team in the upcoming
Indian Street Premier League

ISPL
).
Making the announcement on an Instagram post, Akshay invited young cricketers to register for a chance to play for his team in the T10 tennis-ball league.
“From the cinema to the stadium! Proud to announce that I will be coming to @ispl_t10 as a Team Owner of Srinagar (Jammu & Kashmir).
A chance to play in my team awaits. Register now,” Akshay posted on Instagram, along with a promo video of ISPL featuring former India batter and coach Ravi Shastri.
It's the first of its kind tennis-ball tournament to be played inside a stadium, where six teams -- Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and Srinagar -- will participate.
The tournament will commence on March 2 next year and will include 19 matches to be played in Mumbai.
