2. Healthy breakfast: Start your day with a nutritious breakfast to provide the energy needed for optimal brain function during the exams.
3. Arrive early: Reach the exam centre well before the scheduled time to avoid unnecessary stress. This allows you to settle in, read instructions, and mentally prepare.
4. Check exam supplies: Confirm that you have all necessary stationery, including pens, pencils, erasers, and any other materials required for the exam.
5. Read instructions carefully: Before starting the exam, carefully read all the instructions provided on the question paper. Understand the marking scheme and allocate your time accordingly.
6. Plan your time: Divide your time wisely among different sections or questions. Don't spend too much time on one question at the expense of others.

8. Double-check your answers: If time allows, go back and review your answers. Look for any mistakes or areas where you can provide additional information.
9. Manage stress: Practice stress management techniques, such as deep breathing or positive affirmations, to keep anxiety in check during the exam.
10. Follow exam rules: Adhere to the examination rules and guidelines strictly. Avoid any form of cheating or unethical behaviour, as it can lead to serious consequences.
Remember, preparation is key, but maintaining a positive mindset and adopting effective exam-day strategies can significantly contribute to your success. Good luck!
