animal transportation violations
. This comes after his earlier controversy involving a tiger claw pendant that led to his arrest during his stint on the reality show.
Santosh is now being accused of violating animal transportation regulations by transporting nine
Hallikar cattle
in a single truck from a farmhouse.
The truck reportedly also contained other items, which allegedly caused harm to the animals and breached transportation guidelines. SPCA Animal Welfare Officer Harish has filed a formal complaint regarding the incident.
"Strict action must be taken against Varthur Santosh for these violations," stated Officer Harish. According to reports, there is a strong possibility that a First Information Report (FIR) will be registered in connection with this case, adding to Santosh’s legal woes.
Previously, Varthur Santosh was arrested for wearing a gold chain with a tiger claw pendant while participating in 'Bigg Boss Kannada 10.' Despite this setback, he returned to the show after being released on bail and managed to secure the 4th runner-up position, winning over many fans.
