The new affordable housing unit at 34- 46 Vernon Boulevard offers 112 constructed units. New Yorkers earning $40,800 - $218,010 annually are to apply.

The building's amenities include an elevator, concierge service, a shuttle bus, and in-unit washers and dryers.
