Japanese Automaker Suzuki revealed the
next generation Swift
globally a few months ago and the car was also
spotted testing
on
Indian roads
recently. And now, the
Maruti
Dzire has been spotted testing on Indian roads for the first time. The new Dzire will be based on the
fourth-generation Swift hatchback
.
The spotted vehicle is extensively covered so it's hard to tell anything about its new design.
But its upright silhouette looks similar to the existing model. The front-end design of the new Dzire is expected to be in line with the new Swift. It might get a similar
front facia
with a
new grille
, lights and a new bumper.
On the sides, it is expected to get minor tweaks with sharp cuts and creases, it will also get newly designed 15-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels. Moving rear, it’s expected to get a
re-designed tailgate
with LED lighting and a tweaked rear bumper.
Moving inside, the interior layout will likely have a similar dashboard design as the Swift. The sedan might get a
floating infotainment system
with sleek AC vents and HVAC controls below. Other expected features include wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, connected car tech, 360-degree camera, steering-mounted controls, automatic climate controls and other convenience features.
