"Nothing's really changed," said Peter Navarro, the President's trade adviser, in conversation with Bloomberg Television."If anybody thinks this caught the administration by surprise, think again," he further remarked.Senior officials from the Trump administration expressed confidence on Thursday regarding the appeal of a US trade court decision that halted President Donald Trump's most comprehensive tariff measures.
