SOHO, N.Y. (PIX11) – Police are searching for two men accused of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of items from a store in SoHo, according to the NYPD.
The incident happened on Feb. 12 at 390 West Broadway around 11 p.m. Police said the men allegedly broke into the store through a basement door and smashed glass case displays.
The men managed to take around $225,000 worth of handbags and watches before they fled the store, according to authorities.
The men were last seen near Fresh Pond Road and 60th Road in Queens, police said.
The first man is described as being around 30 to 40 years old and 5'7" to 5'8" tall. He was last seen wearing a black hat, a dark-colored jacket and blue jeans.
The second man is described as also being around 30 to 40 years old and 5'7" to 5'8" tall. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored hat with a black balaclava underneath, a black hooded jacket, and black pants with a stripe down both legs.
