NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Despite just recently becoming a federal holiday, Juneteenth has been celebrated for nearly 160 years. One distinguished New Yorker has lived through a number of them. Asta Hairston is a 100-year-old jazz lyricist and composer who doctors say lives in a way we can all learn from, no matter our age.
